Hey y’all!
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life!” John 3:16
We are coming up on Valentine’s Day and there are so many stories of love everywhere you look. Love of a spouse, love of a child. But what these articles and advertisements are missing is the ULTIMATE story of love!

loved from the BEGINNING
Mankind was created out of love and even as we fell away from that love, it still remained. We pushed, pulled, wrestled, and ignored that love. Eventually, we were so far away we couldn’t see it anymore. But even when we turned our back, God’s love was still there.
And this is what leads us to the cross. God’s love for his people was so powerful that it lead Him to make the biggest sacrifice a parent could make. He sent his only child to the world, who had turned their back on Him, to prove His unconditional love.
God so loved the world
Today you may be feeling unloved, abandoned, and completely alone. Maybe there wasn’t anyone in your life to tell you how valued you are. Or maybe you DID grow up loved and surrounded by an incredible family, yet somewhere along the way the devil convinced you that aren’t worth it. John 3:16 says it all. God could’ve abandoned us many years ago; He could’ve turned His back just as easily as His creation had, but He didn’t! Jesus came to Earth not only because He loves and trusts His father, but because He also shares that same unconditional love for us.
We all do things that make us feel unworthy, whether it’s disobedience, lying, or even in my case, blaming God during the worst trial of my life. (I felt incredibly unworthy of His love!)
I tell my kids- “You can be mad and dislike me all you want…but nothing you do will ever change the love that I have for you!!” If a natural love can be that strong, how much more is that of supernatural strength?
There will be days when we don’t feel worthy. And there will be days when we try to push God away. But, you ARE worth it! You ARE loved! Leave your hurt at the foot of the cross and open your heart and soul to the greatest love you will ever know!!
LOVE CONQUERS ALL!
John 3:16
For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten son, that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life!
If you think you are the only one to ever feel unworthy, please read “I will lift up my eyes (article)”. God forgives and loves even when we feel like we don’t deserve it!
